thing you need

SCISSORS
GARTER
NEEDLE and THREAD
HAIR PIN or SAFETY PIN

1) using you're SCISSORS cut a small hole


1.a) secure the garter using the needle and thread
you can SKIP this part if you're using a SAFETY PIN


2) if you're finish with steps 1 and 1.a you can now insert the garter


3) if you're done pull the GARTER together the...


4) start sewing :D it doesn't have to be perfect
JUST MAKE SURE THAT IT CAN HOLD THE GARTER TOGETHER


5) pull the GARTER inside then close the hole!


NOW USE YOUR CREATIVITY AND ENJOY YOUR NEW OUTFIT!
