the boots look pretty cute with that style on..but then cutting it short ain't such a bad idea either..
uh...maybe try & see if you can find an outfit that would actually make that boot look right at home..if everything seems pretty awkward then i guess you can cut it. It would be such a waste if you have a pair of clothes that might go great with it as it is.
