D.I.Y GLITTER HEELS

my MOM INSISTED that I should not wear black this coming monday 'coz its VALENTINES DAY!
I already have an outfit but I have no shoes that goes with it! I told her that I'm buying a new pair
to make the story short she told me NO! and bring out a box of shoes I thought that it was a present then I saw and recognize the box!
bought this shoes last JANUARY 2009 yep 2 years ago and still haven't use them!

the design is OK! but the heels is a complete BLAH!
since I'm on a NO SHOE BUY POLICY for the love month I decided to do a D.I.Y

LETS START!

THINGS YOU NEED

SHOES WITH UGLY HEELS :))
CLEAR NAIL POLISH or FABRIC GLUE
DECOUPAGE GLUE (optional)
GLITTERS I mixed SILVER GOLD and RED

STEP 1
apply nail polish in to the heels of the shoes


STEP 2
sprinkle the base with glitters


STEP 3 (optional)
repeat step 1 and 2

STEP 4
using scotch tape clean the excess glitters


STEP 5
seal the glitters with CLEAR NAIL POLISH or DECOUPAGE GLUE

the shoes is SUPER PRETTY and yes THEY SPARKLE LIKE CRAZY!
